What we collect

When you request a price or sign up, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, dog count, yard size and service preferences (such as gate location and waste disposal choice). Payment card details are collected and stored securely by our payment provider, Stripe — CleanPaws never sees or stores your card number.

How we use it

We use your information to provide quotes, schedule and perform your service, bill you, and contact you about your service (including text notifications before visits). We also use it to follow up on unfinished quotes.

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs. When you visit our site, Google's tag records the page visit; when you successfully submit our quote form, a conversion event is reported to Google so we know our ads are working. This may involve cookies or similar identifiers set by Google. We use this data for measurement and ad optimization only — we do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through Google's Ads Settings.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that run our business: Stripe (payments), Google (advertising measurement), and our customer management tools. We never sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing messages, by contacting us at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related messages about your account.
