Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as CleanPaws can safely access your yard, you don't need to be home.

CleanPaws operates year-round whenever conditions safely allow. Heavy snow or ice may prevent technicians from locating or removing all waste. Waste that cannot be removed will be addressed during future visits as conditions improve.
Can my dog be outside?+
For everyone's safety, dogs should remain inside during service unless arrangements have been made beforehand.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No long-term contract is required.
Do I need to call to sign up?+
No. Pricing, signup and payment can all be completed online.
How does the referral offer work?+
Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member and your next month is FREE once they sign up for recurring weekly service. They simply enter your name at signup, and we apply the credit to your account.
Do you clean the entire yard?+
CleanPaws cleans accessible designated areas of the property.
